- Initial Inquiry: To ensure we understand your business needs accurately and efficiently,
we initiate the process by gathering essential details.
Kindly provide us with your company name, current product range, preferred cosmetic brands or products, and your sales approach
(online/offline, with a website URL if applicable).
Additionally, we introduce our company briefly during this stage.
- Quotation Process: Following the introductory phase, we delve into the quotation process.
To provide you with accurate pricing, we inquire about the desired quantities for the specific brands or products you are interested in.
As a Korean Cosmetic Distributor, our pricing structure varies based on quantities due to
applicable volume discounts.
- Order Confirmation: After receiving our quotation, you have the liberty to decide whether to proceed with the order.
For the initial order, a 50% advance payment is required to initiate the transaction.
Payment terms for subsequent orders can be negotiated based on mutual agreement.
- Processing Your Order: Once all terms are agreed upon and payment is completed, we proceed to place your order
with the Korean cosmetic headquarters.
While the typical lead time for most brands is around 7 business days,
please note that lead times can vary due to factors such as inventory availability and Korean public holidays.
We ensure transparent communication regarding any changes in the timeline.
- Shipment and Delivery: Upon the arrival of products at our logistics warehouse and completion of export packaging,
we proceed with the remaining payment for the order.
Shipment can be organized according to your preferred method.
We offer substantial discounts for major courier services like FedEx, DHL, Aramex, and EMS due to our preferred rates as a result of our high shipping volume.
- After-Sales Support: Our commitment doesn't end when the products reach your address.
We continue to support you to ensure the products are well-received and ready for sale in the best possible manner.
